Untitled Goose Game Walkthrough Guide

Are you stuck and don’t know how to proceed?  Follow this Untitled Goose Game Walkthrough Guide to help you navigate through the game.



You are a goose in Untitled Goose Game and your mission is to travel through all the towns areas.  There are four main areas in total: Gardens, High Street, Back Gardens, and Pub.

You’re only allowed access to one area at first, and need to complete a checklist of To-Do items before unlocking the next area.

However, the townsfolk will impede your progress by returning the items back to their original place.  You need to keep stealthy and make sure they don’t find the items lying around.

The first area in which you will arrive at is Gardens.

Gardens — Untitled Goose Game Walkthrough

• Get into the garden
• Get the groundskeeper wet
• Steal the groundskeeper’s keys
• Make the Groundskeeper wear his sun hat
• Rake in the Lake
• Have a picnic (bring to the picnic blanket: sandwich, apple, pumpkin, carrot, jam, thermos, radio, basket)

The main direction you’ll want to focus on is in the northeast.  This is where the garden is located — and where the groundskeeper works.

You can find the red picnic blanket to the east, near the lake’s edge.  The bench nearby has the basket, sandwich (both halves), and apple.  The radio is located atop the fertilizer bags near the gate into the garden.

You can swim with it into lake to shut it off, to prevent the groundskeeper from being alerted.

Get In

To get into the garden area, you can turn on the sprinkler system.  The groundskeeper will then unlock the gate.  You can snag his keys from behind.

If you head towards the lake, he’ll chase you, and you can get him wet in that manner.  Or you can leave something by the sprinkler system, and then turn it on.

The other picnic items can be found in here: the pumpkin, carrot, thermos, and jam.  Make sure to give a wide berth to the groundskeeper, and don’t lead him back to your picnic blanket.  He will find all the items and begin putting them all back one-by-one.



The rake can be found in the far end of the garden, and you’ll need to drag that all the way to the lake.

To get the groundskeeper to wear his sun hat, grab the single red flower but allow the groundskeeper to return it.  He’ll kneel down and re-plant it, allow you to snatch his hat.  Immediately stealth-run into the tall brush garden to the eastern side and hide.

The final To-Do item requires honking while the groundskeeper is hammering the sign.  The gateway will open to the next area: High Streets.

High Streets — Untitled Goose Game Walkthrough

• break the broom
• trap the boy in the phone booth
• make the boy wear the wrong glasses
• make someone buy back their own stuff
• get on t.v.
• go shopping (put in basket: toothbrush, loo paper, hairbrush, tinned food, cleaner, fruit & veg)

The boy is scared of the goose.  You can trip him by pulling at his shoelaces, causing him to fall.  Quickly snatch his glasses away.  You can find replacement glasses in the shop/stand area.  Be careful though, because the shop owner does not welcome goose in that area.

Place the glasses near the boy, and he’ll wear them.  Then honk at him, leading him towards the red phone booth in the northwest corner.  He’ll run inside, and use the phone to call the T.V. shop that is adjacent.

Wait outside for that T.V. shop owner to come out to help the boy, then run in to press the red switch.  Move around inside the shop to get on T.V.

The Blue Toy Plane

To further harass the poor boy, you can take his blue plane that is placed on the bench.  Drop this toy nearby the shop stand with the other toys.  The shop owner will pick it up and place it along with the others.

This is the tricky bit, though — you’ll need to get the boy’s attention over to the shop area to find his plane.  You might have to lure him with the toy plane first, and then drop it within the shop area before the boy can claim it.

If done successfully, he’ll have to buy back his plane from the shop owner.

As for the shopping items, I recommend dragging the nearby basket farther away to prevent it being seen by the shop owner.  The loo paper, hairbrush, tinned food, and fruit & veg are all found within the shop stands.

The cleaner and toothbrush are nearby the trash can that is on the eastern side.  Tip over the trash can to snag the toothbrush.



To break the broom, you have to grab it and allow the shop owner to try and wrestle it away.  While playing this game of tug-o-war, the broom will eventually break.

The final To-Do item requires trapping the shop owner in the garage.  Lure her in with something, and pull the string when she’s in.  She’ll have to escape via the gate, which  will open to the next area: Back Gardens.

Back Gardens — Untitled Goose Game Walkthrough

• make someone break fancy vase
• help the woman dress up the bust
• make the man spit out his tea
• get dressed up with the ribbon
• make the man go barefoot
• do the washing (with: a bra, a pair of socks, a slipper, a bar of soap)

Once in the back alleyway, you’ll come to a fork.  Head northeast.  Following the fence, you’ll find some wooden panels that are weak.  Here is where you can trespass into the man’s back yard.

The man will do two things: 1) read his newspaper while taking quick glances around, and 2) drinking his tea.  You are able to snatch one slipper each — one of them while he’s reading, and the other while he’s drinking tea.  Get both to make him barefoot.

Keep in mind you will need one of them to put into the small fountain south to do the washing.

Access the Woman’s Yard

There is a yellow string that is holding a barrier into the woman’s yard.  Untie it to access it.  If you head all the way up north, you’ll find a desk with a drawer you can pull out.

Doing this will allow access back to the man’s yard, if the woman happens to board up the fence again.

You’ll notice the bra, and pair of socks easily in the south end of the woman’s yard.  The bar of soap, however, is a bit higher north on the garden bathtub.  It’s easier to get these items to the man’s yard/fountain if woman is distracted (and hasn’t boarded up the yellow-tie gate yet).

Otherwise, you’d have to bring this items from the north side, forcing you to stealth past the man.

Snatch the red ribbon from the fake/plastic goose statue, and place it farther away.  Allow the woman to notice it.  While she’s retrieving it, drag the fake goose statue somewhere — like behind the clothesline.  Then, get into place where the fake goose was.  The woman will place the ribbon on Goose.

Dress Up

To dress up the bust on the woman’s yard, get the hat, glasses, and pipe on the man’s table.  You can drop them on the ground nearby the bust statue — the woman will take care of the rest.

The bell on the woman’s side will make the man spit out his tea.



The final To-Do item requires pruning the prime rose.  The rose is located on the south end of the man’s yard.  Drag the flower box south.  Get into the woman’s yard, and peck at the nearby green bush.  You can then plant the pruning shears on the nearby table, and the woman will cut off the flower.

The exit will be through the east side fence of the woman’s yard.

The Pub — Untitled Goose Game Walkthrough

• get into the pub
• break the dartboard
• get the toy boat
• make the old man fall on his bum
• be awarded a flower
• steal a pint of glass and drop it in the canal
• set the Table (knife, fork, plate, pepper, candle)

Two ways to get into the pub: 1) hide in the box by the yellow van, and get carried in, or 2) honk at the guy guarding the entrance, forcing him to investigate, and then sneaking around from the car.

If you get carried in, you’ll end up in the back loading area.  Honk by the gate for the old man to open it, or just go underneath the porch area.

The two women sitting at the table can award Goose the flower, by performing the proper actions.  Nearby them is the old man playing darts.

The dartboard can be broken by honking at the man just as he takes his shot.

To get the old man to fall on his bum, wait until he grabs his harmonica.  As he does, he will plan to sit down on the stool.  You can grab it and just pull it out from under him.

Don’t drag it away too far, or else he’ll be notified of it’s theft and you’ll have to attempt it again.

Dining Area

The dining area is where you can find the toy boat.  It’s in the sink, which you will need to fill with water.  Make sure to grab it before the woman there turns it off.

In this dining area is where you will find the pepper, candle, fork, and knife.  The table itself is located in the back loading area — the wheel that has the tablecloth.  Place the items here.  The plate can be found on a shelf in the loading area as well.

Remember you can hide under the tables, to prevent being seen by the woman.

The pint of glass is also in this dining area, but the canal is outside past the street.  You’ll have to get past the burly man guarding the entrance.  There is a small access under the porch/dining area which you can use to avoid the man.  Don’t drop the glass or else it will break upon fall.



The final To-Do item requires dropping a bucket on the burly man’s head.  The bucket is on the ledge from the dining area overlooking the loading area.  Grab a tomato from any of the yellow cases, and get the burly man’s attention.  Bring the tomato all the way to the loading area gate, and drop it there.  Hide underneath the porch, and the burly man will pick it up and put it away.

Get ready to run to the dining area to drop the bucket down while the burly man is kneeling.  The exit will be past the loading area.  You get beyond it by climbing over the trash lid.

Model Village — Untitled Goose Game Walkthrough

• get into the model village
• steal the beautiful miniature golden bell
• …and take it all the way back home

Head west to find the model village.  The golden bell is within the model castle, which you need to peck at to chip away.  Once a wooden beam is exposed, grab it and pull.  The structure should give way, with the golden bell retrievable.

Now the hard part is getting that back to the origin point.  If you think you can unlock the gates nearby, think again.  They are all closed — and you must run through all the previous areas back to the start.

Running with the golden bell will alert all townsfolk, and they will attempt to take it away from Goose.  Don’t worry, though — if they take it, you can just snatch it back from them.  Get back to the original lake, and head south.  You’ll come to the starting point, and be able to place the golden bell along with a pile of other bells.

The game ends here, and the credits roll.  But afterwards, Goose will end up back at the lake, with additional list of To-Do’s available as a post-game challenge.
