Detroit: Become Human On the Run Walkthrough
Kara & Alice must evade the police in this chapter. It’s possible for Kara & Alice can reach the train safely without being spotted. If she is spotted, then the chase continues onto the highway. The police won’t have a lead if Kara & Alice stayed in the parking lot, but they will still have to avoid the police on the way to the train station.
Connor has a chance to increase software instability in this chapter. Connor will attempt to chase Kara & Alice on the highway, but Hank orders him not to. If Connor complies (Give Up option), it will increase it, leading to deviancy. There is a weird showing of emotion from Connor, however, if he decided to pursue Kara. If they get away during the chase, it will be one of the few times in the game in which Connor curses in anger (an emotion). This is not something a machine would do.
Walkthrough [A] has Kara & Alice escaping Connor from the Motel. The chase continues onto the highway. Walkthrough [A] attempts to keep with the theme of Connor befriending Hank and becoming a deviant, but Connor disobeys Hank here because the of fantastic soundtrack during the chase.
Walkthrough [B] has Kara and Alice remaining in the squat, with Ralph hiding them from Connor.

Chapter 12: On the Run Flowchart is 100% complete. There is something related to Kara changing her clothes in the squat that is missing (image 2). If you steal the clothes from the laundromat in Chapter: Fugitives, you don’t have the option to change clothes if you stay in the Squat. There doesn’t seem to be a choice of clothing options, and you can’t refuse or fail. Leave a comment below if you know this missing piece. Detroit: Become Human On the Run Endings
There are many endings in this chapter. You switch control between both Connor and Kara. Connor has an opportunity to die during the highway chase. Ralph will betray you in the squat if you pulled the gun on him. Some endings you really have to go out of your way to obtain — such as the ending, ‘Kara & Alice vanished‘. This requires Connor to either run around in circles or just plain stand still for a few minutes.

The bedroom upstairs has a wardrobe and you look inside for a change of clothes
I don’t think I was able to access that upstairs wardrobe if I changed the clothes at the laundromat. Because the game checked off that I did a change of clothes already so the upstairs wardrobe wasn’t an option. I’ll have to go back and check.
The missing piece is that you don’t change your clothes at the laundromat before going to the squat, but you look for clothes upstairs the next day. If you have taken the gun from Todd’s bedside table then you but it on a dresser when getting dressed.Then you either pick the gun back up after you change your clothes, or you leave it there.

Which path/branch are you referring to?
I re-did fugitives and stayed in the abandoned house, but it will only let me replay this chapter as if i had stayed in the motel. What am i doing wrong?
Hmm, make sure you replay the chapter from the very beginning and choose to save your progress. You may have been starting at a checkpoint, and not from the very beginning.
