Detroit: Become Human Fugitives Walkthrough – Chapter 9: Fugitives. It’s the last stop for the bus route, and Kara and Alice have to find a place of shelter for the night.

Kara & Alice has three places they can stay for the night: the abandoned parked car, the motel, or the squat. The motel requires stealing clothes from the laundromat. It also requires some money, which is only from robbing the supermarket.
The squat just requires some wirecutters, which you can find the the same area as the parked car. Alternatively, you can steal some from the supermarket. Kara also has to convince Ralph that she is not a threat.
If Kara has the gun from Stormy Night, she can use it to rob the cashier from the supermarket. The other way is to use Alice as a diversion. Anything related to stealing will result in lowering the relationship with Alice, however.
Walkthrough [A] has Kara and Alice staying in the in the Motel. Walkthrough [B] has Kara & Alice staying in the Squat with Ralph.
Detroit: Become Human Fugitives Flowchart
Chapter 9: Fugitives Flowchart is 100% complete. This chapter will take many playthroughs to 100%, and requires the gun from the previous chapters. There is one missing option while searching for shelter (image 1). It transports Kara and Alice directly to the abandoned car. I’m not sure what triggers this. Leave a comment below if you know what it is. UPDATE: Gibbzie has commented on how to get Kara and Alice directly to the abandoned car.
Detroit: Become Human Fugitives Endings
There are three possible endings, which depend on where Kara & Alice stayed for the night. Staying in the Parked Car massively drops Alice’s favor towards Kara, and she may become distant. All options allow Kara to give Alice either a toy or chocolate.
Staying in the Motel requires money stolen from the supermarket, and the change of clothes from the laundromat. It’s a nice place of shelter, but the squat seems equal and perhaps better considering that you can befriend Ralph. Ralph can be a potential ally in one of the very late chapters of the game. Just make sure not to use the gun on him.

The missing part of your flowchart is Alice too Cold: After talking to the Trashman Android, stand in the rain for about 12 minutes and don’t do anything. Alice will sneeze more and more and ultimately, a cutscene will play, where Kara breaks into the car and both will crash the night there.

Doesn’t work anymore. I stood in the rain with Alice for almost 20 minutes and nothing happened. I gave up trying to find it.
I also had problems triggering it. Fixed it by moving around a bunch of times and hitting R2 a few times also.
still works, went to the laundromat and shop before standing around for 10 ish minutes. when i started walking to the house the event triggered
